What do your parents like best about you? Why is it that they have value for this particular trait?
My parents, so far, haven’t really pointed out a trait they really like about me. They focus more on pointing out traits they don’t like about me, which is real moral support. But if there was a trait that I think they like about me, I’d be that I do a lot of stupid things. Like seriously, I can do something stupid in second grade and they’d tell that same story every time they go to a dinner party. It’s kinda stereotypical, but asian parents do criticize their kids a lot, especially during dinner parties. So it’s like every time I make a klutzy move or every time I ask them the wrong question, I can count on it being told in the next dinner party.
